My friggin reatarded ipod shuffle still doesn't work!!!

Ever since christmas my ipod still hasn't worked. I took them form limwrie and converted the songs to AAC and everything it charged connected w/e it just doen't seem to play music. the headphones are connceted its not on pause or frozen.

o and BTW its an ipod shuffle

does anybody that has a shuffle have this problem ever get it fixed???

Return it and get another one!

same thing, had a shuffle for my Son and it never worked. Took it to the local Ipod store and they tested it and found it to be defective. Replaced no charge.
