Which Amsoil do you guys run in your 400s? I will be doing MX in the Midwest.

i run 0 40w in mine, have no problems...even in the chilly weather....lil expensive but makes dissasembly 100% easier.

i dont have a 4stroke yet but its the same oil in teh trannys i use the amsoil severe racing oil

20w-50 in the heat of summer and warmer months.

0w-40 or 10w-40 in the colder months.

All the oils above are fully synthetic and have NO friction modifiers.
