300ex shocks

i have a rear and front works shocks. the fronts are under a year old and the rear is older. the fronts a double rate and valved at 250 lbs person with +2 a-arms and stock shock mount. the rear is soft and needs a recharge but it was raced with not problems when it was fully charged. im not shure of the valve in it.
