Do any of you gusset your 90, and if you do where??? :macho

i only gusseted in 4 spots i think, all in the front near the shock mounts.
we have pounded our 90, and the only crack in 2 years came from a bad wreck on a 35 foot table that sent the quad flipping and what not.

ours broke on down tubes where steering post mounts,and at shock mounts.1/2"cromemoly tubing fits inside the two down tubes,then weld at each end.also reinforce tube at rear shock mount.

The 90 frame is the same as any quad frame and will have the same stress areas as a larger quad. we will be fully gusseting codys newest 90 this week, i will make sure i take pics of each area.
codys says run good shocks..no gussets needed:devil:

I just hate to waste time gusseting something that doesn't need it. If you know what I mean. I just like to know where people have broke theirs.
