i wouldnt put a rev box on a 440 it puts a little to much stress on the motor but thats my opinion

heavy duty head studs. might want to go ahead and get a Port and Polish while youve got teh engine torn down also.

I would definently get over sized head studs and get a heavy duty cam chain, that way you will have a completely reliable 440 and you wont have to worry about cam chain stretch (which will happen on stocker) or the your headstuds pulling out and frying head gaskets (most common 440 problem).

you need hd head studs because when you put a big bore kit on and higher compression piston its puts alot of stress on the head studs and they will pull out. and as for the cam chain alot of people go with the crf dirtbike chain cause its stronger than stock and cheaper than aftermarket.
