the play is back!!!

ok the play in my bars is back....:huh ...it plays dfrom side to side again....there is also a little play in mt dampner itself it plays about an inch or 2...but when i ride it the play in it makes it fell like it doesnt have a dampner...so i wann get it fixed:ermm: ....any ideas???:huh

when you mean side to side do you mean turning the bars left or right or actually side to side??? it could be a few things, tie rod ends are bad, your upper steering stem bushing is bad or the lower bearing is bad, also check your bar clamps in case they came loose

Very common for Tie Rod ends to come loose at the stem.

ill check the tire rod ends but it really could be the bearings...they have prob never been replaced....:ermm:

which bearing you talkin about...steering stem bearing or front hub bearings ?????
