piston setup (i think)

i was wondering if i buy a 440 package off ebay... well my link didnt work but it come with 440 piston and a new sleeve, gasket and a stage 2 cam.

can i use what comes in that kit and buy a 416 piston? would that work

the sleeves going to be to big, if your just after the cam shaft you can buy those seperate.
