Does anyone know if a 400ex stem will go on to a 450r. I only want to know because my frined has 1 laying around and hes coming down friday. But i want to know if its even worth it to bring it down. So anyway will a stock 400ex stem work on a 450r.

no the 450r stem is a larger diameter.

It is a larger diameter, but I have seen people at the series I run using 400ex stems, they say all you need to do is change the top bushing.

Yep...I am pretty sure the Burgard stem is the 400EX stem with a different top bushing.
