i want to improve my rear suspension on my 400. i got long travel on the front with elka quad rates...but i dont think i can dish out the money for a lt rear shock...so i was thinkin of running a standard elka or something. but wut does the gt thunder rear link do for you? can you use it in mx? i know elka has one but its for their lt shock. let me know thanks...

there are two versions of the link, one for MX and one for XC. they both lower the rid heigth and give you more travel. no matter what shock you get you will have to have it valved for the link since it changes the leverage ratios on the shock to give you th increased travel. Like Chino886 said, cive laz a call or check out www.gtthunder.com and give him an e-mail. he is usually pretty good about returning your email in a timely manner.
