2006 trx450r exhaust

I just bought me a 2006 trx450r and was wondering how bad would it be to ake out the spark arrestor. Would my exhaust be a lot louder and would it hurt my engine?

Your exhaust will be louder. With the baffle out it is loud and sounds like crap. I tested this on a 06' and it did improve the bottom end power. I installed a dynojet kit, because it will lean the bike out. I wouldn't run it like that with out jetting. Get a Full exhaust system like the Rossier.

HRC offers a 2 inch sparkarrester, and it is louder, and you will also have to jet. If you remove the air box lid you will also see increased power gains. Don't forget to jet it.
