Chain Length

I ordered a new rear sprocket for my quad(38T), and i run a 14 tooth in the front. anyways in the rockymountainatv catalog it says add 2 links to stock chain length for every tooth added, so i ordered 88 because stock is 86 and its too long, an 86 is what it really needs. bunch of bs to me. has anybody else read that in the RMC catalog.

havent noticed but a stock length chain should be just fine. Adjust your chain tension if need be

Yea i figured that out.lol i'll just get my dremel out and then punch the pin out and make it an 86'er.
