Hands hurt while riding - wtf

haha. alright the only thing that bothers me after riding for extended period of a time is my hands. like really really bad, its the only thing that makes me hafta stop riding... then i hafta basically peal my hands off the grips they hurt so bad then let them relax a few minutes

i've been told its from holding on too tight to the handlebars

i have flexx bars with spyder slt grips

whats the cure????

Get one of those gripper things that works out your hands. You know that thing with a spring at the end. It will help to build your strength.

pop a couple asprin before you go riding. i used to have the same problem and after i did some resaerch i found that it was the most common treatment. if you want i can post details on why it works but i dont really wanna type all of it if you wont even read it lol

It's also possible that your grips are too large for your hands. Bigger grips wear you out faster.
