itp t-9 2/3 offset front wheels

i have a set of itp t-9 2/3 offset ( makes quad +2) front wheels like new condition with only 2 niks from a bead breaker wheels look trick and were just polished so they look like new.

looking for $100 w/o tires $120 w/ tires tires are brand new grooved radials w/ only 1 ride on them.
