I have a set of houser +3+1 longtravel arms they are for a 250r
chrome tops and chrome rods, silvervein lower. They are in great shape! I'm really looking for a set of +3+2 hipers for honda pattern + a little cash or 500.00 obo

i have front hipers 4-1 offset..... will those arms work on a 05 400ex

I think they will work on a 400ex, I know something is different but only by a little. And everyone says its the bushings. They have caps over the ends to make up the space. I saw a set of 400ex ones earlier. But I really need 3+2 so let me look around.
you would want your 4+1's with this front end though

What length shocks do you need to use with these arms?

I think the a-arms may be just alittle wider where they bolt to the frame on the 250r- they're real close- maybe 1/4" side to side - I bought ARS a-arms for my 400ex and was sent 250r heim joint adapters, I has to machine like 1/8 - 1/4" off each side of the adapters so they'll fit, all else fails- ask Colby @ C & D racing.

I knew there was a slight variation in 400ex and 250r but it can be done pretty easily thanks for the info. They use 19.25in shocks. Price is now 400.00 I need to get rid of these quick I can do paypal also.
