ac racing propeg nerfs w/ heel gaurd

what do u think of the ac racing propegs nerfbars with the heel guard biult in to it and where can i get them for cheap

I have them on my 450r, and if they wouldnt have com with my bike, i definitely would not have bought them. The welds on the foot peg pieces were really crappy and started breaking, they dont fit very well (I had to drill other holes through the mounts and tighten the bolts REALLY tight to get them to stop vibrating) my boot kept getting stuck b/w the heel guard and frame when I was riding, and they held lots of mud. So I had to get them rewelded and I had to shorten the heel guards and remove the bottom plate of the heel guard before I was satisfied with them... I just wish that I had IMS foot pegs.

You know, AC RACING has a set of pro pegs with out the heel plates. The new Black-line in Aluminum finish also has stainless steel foot pegs as well. you should check them out.
