Shipping a street bike or quad

I almost have my street bike (cbr600) sold but the guy is in Iowa and wants to know how much it would be to ship it to him. I'm clueless as to how to go about shipping a bike.

Figured this could also apply to quads as well, since my quad is for sale also.

Any ideas as to who ships these types of items and the costs associated with it.

I haven't actually shipped a quad, but I've looked into it, and www.forwardair.com seemed to be the best. They even have their own containers (for rent at added cost) specifically designed for shipping motorcycles.
