today i was cleaning my trucks airaid filter (basically the same as a K&N), and i take it off. I have heard of people ordering larger k&n's so thought it might fit the 400. So i go ahead and slap it on. the only thing is it goes over the airtube thing that the k&N goes into. this thing is massive, it covers the entire stock airbox. So i tryed starting it up and i got a huge backfire. I assumed i was way lean? but with proper jetting i think it would work amazingly well. i just though i'd give people the heads up if they were looking into a bigger filter.
The airfilter is for a 2003 dodge dakota V6....
