Carbon Fiber Hood

How do you mount a a Quad Tech carbon Fiber hood on aftermarket plastics like maier race cut ones. Ive seen it done but i have no clue how becuase its solid in the middle do you have to cut somthing out or how do you do it?

i have a quadtech on my 250r maier just drill holes where your going to mount it because they hold on by small bolts then when u got it all centerd out cut out the middle section of the hood not the hood your installing, takes lots of patience and measuring
