Headpipe Bolts

Does anyone know the best way to get the nuts off the rusted studs to get my exhaust pipe off??? It is a stock 93 300EX and my exhaust is getting near replacement time.... By the way, does anyone know what Db level the stock pipe is??? What is the closest aftermarket exhaust to that level???

PB BLASTER.....a little more expensive than wd-40 but its worth every penny.......works wonders!!!!! possibly a good pair of vise grips ready!!.....good luck
