Ipod repair

Well i came home from the mtn and my ipod showed the triangle with the exclamation point in it and it wouldnt play songs. It didnt turn on. I tried resetting it several times, no luck. I went on their website and it says I might need to send it in for repair. The one year warranty expired, ive had it for about 1.5 years. Ive heard of hard drives going out is that what this could be? Im pissed :confused:

tikes. im just about to buy one from a member on here. the 30gb Ipod video brand new for $215 shipped. Apple may still warranty it man.
