Yeah that track really does look cool. I was going up there one time but one of my friends told me that the guy who owned the track was gay. I am cool with that and all but they said this guy was flaming hard and rode around in spandex shorts with a see through muscle shirt on and it was thirty degrees that day. I dont no there is just something strange about that. But you guys have a good time.

Unfortunatley I don't have a red quad anymore so no I don't rip. But now that I have my wheels back from poder coating I will have sick nasty corner speed.
I also hope you get Chris's quad figured out, also Nick's problems on Thursday before the ride suck.
As far as the 25 go the 3 of you were included I was reserving a spot for the future. haha The cabin sleeping arangements are fine, not packed at all.

didnt get the parts in till 2 today. its all on, cept the bearings. for one, we couldnt drive em out, they wouldnt budge. but, i dont believe its the bearings. Something in my front brake caliper is bent. Its hitting the rotor causing it to slowly rotate. They are brand new rotors too, so idk. Im going to brandon humphreys place tomorrow to ride, so we will see how it goes.

I really wanted to go up to Gary's and ride but he said that he was going to White Pony Mx Park. He is going with a guy who I dont know but I think they might be a couple or something because I saw them at the mall holding hands and sharing a milkshake. He said that mx park is really sweet and they have a bar called the Lazy Boner he really likes sounds kind of fishy to me but he said they were good people.

Hey Pop it is your choice Dust or grass. If it weren't for bushhogs it would be a gncc track. Come Oct. riding time the track should look like Unidilla. All nature grass on the staights, milkweed in the berms, ghost in the grave yard.:D

ya it sucks, im use to feathering the clutch alot on my honda, and ppl say i dont need to on the suzuki, it just feels better when i do, lol. But figures, i get the clutch in, and now this...... nastiest wreck ever. If you have danny's number let me know.....
before anyone asks how....
it was crazy. for starters i was running motos. 1st moto went good, did 8 laps. 2nd moto i was going to try 10, well 3 laps in theres a pretty nasty step up(4th gear) and in the air you can click 5th and hold it pin around a left hand sweeper into a straight stretch.... Well ive never actually held it wide open through it, i let off for a milli second to square off the corner then get on it, but that whole lap i hit everything perfect and i was trying to break 1min 30sec lap time. I never lifted and i was leaning alllll the way back on the seat(minimal tread on tires, and dry/hardpacked as hell) and my back end kicked out, 5th gear wfo, threw me off, i slid 30yds(no exaggeration), quad flew, started to roll, and ended up going 9ft-10ft up a tree and striking it. I mean when it hit the tree, the quad was 9-10ft high, it was f'ed up. I couldnt see anythign for 10minutes, i was shaking and couldnt breathe. My amrs were bleeding along with my stomach/back andmy head was throbbing. my left wrist is shaking like crazy, and my right thumb is swollen. Overall it sucked.... But i will have pics up and vids of riding! lol. If anyone has a stock subframe, axle, back wheels, bars for an 08 LTR, let me know! I need them asap. Trying to race next weekend!

The only things Danny will have for you is a set of stock bars, stock seat cover, stock pipe. Everything else is needed for putting the other 2 bikes together. His subframes are already powder coated.
5th gear on Brandon's track wide open. You better get that quad up and running Pro-am class is waiting for you.

Damn that sucks, well i guess ill have to spare 300 bucks for a new one then. My friend david is sending me stock bars, and wheels for free so hes sending those out tomorrow for me. But ya i click 5th in the air then held it wide open, it was nasty. It keeps replaying in my head, it sucks

off this chris.... Hit it in 4th screaming, then in the air click 5th, land on the rev limiter, and hold it wide open to the little uphill double, down shift twice then do the next section in 3rd.

Sorry to inform you Chris, but your just on a different level now. That is the stepup after the whoops to the high speed double, right turn to the 4th gear pinned stepup, click 5th in the air to land and high speed straight away to the double that you went into the woods on. Oh you were going to fast on that turn weren't you. You must have a different gearing not stock that's why you are always lugging around!
Pepper glad your not broken up, but you may want to think about some things in your riding style before next season of racing. To many people getting busted up from dumb riding mistakes. It is real easy to ride over your head and skill level. I am not your Dad, your Hero, or a seasoned vet. But the one thing I have seen is those who race every year and don't get busted up and those who push it beyound limits and do.

10 people in the A class at a D13 race. Everybody must have showed up on the same weekend. It seems like when D7 is in VA some guys will show one race and a different crowd at the next race but nobody ever shows up the same weekend. What were the results? How did you do?
ya it was a beautiful weekend, so im sure thats a good reason why there was a good crowd there. It wasn't to bad. First moto in B danny brendel won, no pressure. 2nd moto danny wrecked and ryan ?(#03 won) and brandon humphreys got 2nd. In A, it was me, cole, seth feltner, brandon cord, jason mitchell, danny brendels brother(gary i think?), chuckie creech, bryan kimnach, #181, and stephen barnes.... First moto cole pulled holeshot, i got 6th behind brandon cord, cole pulled slightly ahead after 2 laps(jason was on him but faded), at the end of the moto, it was cole, jason, barnes, cord, feltner and me(not tos ure who was behind us). it was a real close race from 3-6th, from 3rd place to me it was litterally 3 quad lengths, just no passing lines. In the 2nd moto Seth felter got holeshot, lead 2 laps, i got out last(hate being stock), passed 4 ppl, was in 6th again right behind jason mitchel. Followed him for a lap and faded back. Cole passed seth when he screwed up before finish line. Went 6-6 for 6th overall. Was thinking i could of gotten 5th overall since brandon didn't have a good 2nd moto, finished 8th i think, but i still got 6th. Cole went 1-1, barnes 3-3, jason 2-4, seth 5-2, chuckie creech 7-5, me 6-6, cord 4-8. Not to sure after that point....

it was me, cole, brett terell, chuckie creech, and brian kimnach.
First moto i got 3rd outta holeshot, cole pulled ahead and i battled with brett all moto. He was hitting the back step up, gaining a good 2sec every lap, i couldnt hit it, no power, but i would catch right back up in the next corner, so i think if there were passing lines, i could of gotten around him but who knows.
2nd moto i was in 4th outta gate, brett was behind me, i went for the pass on the inside of brian, and it pitched me up on 2 wheels, he hit me when he cut back up in the corner and flipped me, i stayed on 2 wheels and on the quad, but my hip poped when my leg came off. I got off the track(on the side) and by the time i got back on the track i was in last. Brian wrecked on the step on on the 2nd lap or so, and i stayed in 4th, just no room or enough time to get aroudn ppl. The 2nd moto on the last lap, brett and i did catch up to chuckie and brett tried to pass but i dont think he got it. I was a good 3sec behind or so.

I hear you about Actiontown being hard to pass on. I have only been there once and didn't care for it to much. There is nothing to it but hold the gas wide open which makes it difficult to pass. Although the second moto when I was there was probably the best I have ever rode in a moto and I somehow found ways to make passes on people.
Lol yea actiontown is to easy. Nothing to really seperate the riders, but they do have a nasty whoop section that really challenges everyone, they were really deep this weekend. I found out why i faded so bad the 2nd moto at actiontown.... Went to go ride yesterday and before i even got to ride, i was going to check my air in my evols, and i guess my cap came lose during the 2nd moto on the main chamber(ride heigth) and something hit the valve and broke it clean in half. No pressure was in it. Thankfully their like generic and the one of my honda works on it, but i knew the ride was awfully harsh the 2nd moto.

When I was there they didn't even have a whoop section. At least if the whoops are nasty there is somewhere to make up time and pass.

ya they didn't put them in until the end of last year i think. Its like after the back step down, you make an S turn, then hit a little downhill table, then come up over a hump, then its like a good 60yd whoop section. its really hard to go fast through them, they were kickin the dirtbike asses this weekend, which is hard to do, lol. Like the first 2 were ok, then the last 4 were good, but everything inbetween was all g'd out and deep. Thats where i passed ppl and just outbroke ppl in the corners, but that was really it. I want to race on a wide track that you can go outside and inside lines, like the muddy creek national, god i love that track! Can't wait to go back next weekend!

hahah ya deff JT. Hopefully ill get my fox podium soon, never ridin a quad with an aftermarket rear, or steering stabilizer, and those r my next 2 purchases along with an exhaust, so it should be awsome!

There was no real good way to get through them. They were to far apart to skim them and there was not enough lift to double through them so you just slammed into the face of each on. I don't think Actiontown is much faster than any other track out there and it seems to be plenty wide. If you get the hole shot, you don't have to worry about passing anyway.

That will probably slow him down and he is another year older. You know those "old" guys that are married are not that fast anymore.

i see you guys talkin about the whoops at actiontown. I got a video of good ol 128 in the throwback C class days haha. Yeah he was a 2nd race rookie and pulled a great holeshot (on a stock motor PEPPER). Then he wrecked in the back. It shows the whoopps pretty good towards the middle and end. Pretty sure he was shifting to 4th half way through. check it.

Yeah, the track is still around but the owner went senile and chased everyone away...It was nice at the beginning but he didn't maintain it and it grew all up...It really was a damn shame...There were some really nice people that went there and rode...The owner stopped riding so he just thought the world revolved around him and he stopped it for everyone...

I hope those you invite have a bushhog and a water truck. Maybe waterboy knows where to find a water truck with some long lasting H2O. The last time I rode out there someone had a piece of equipment and ruined the track so we couldn't ride.
