i dont think thet that is bad....? mine is like that and i thought it was scewing up my bearings so i replaced my bearings and my old ones were fine?? im not sure.

Looks like ur bearings are hammered- is there play( side to side) in ur axle w/ the tires off the ground ? Factory single bearing carriers are junk- I hammered 2 carriers within 6 months- I bought a RAD dual row carrier and no more issues out of it !

that definately doesn't look right... I can't see in my carrier that far with the sprocket so close to the carrier...

new rear axle bearings, possible a new bearing carrier as well. liek others have said, if you do need a carrier, get aftermarket. they are cheaper and much more durable than factory.

Just take it apart and go from there, it's hard to really tell from a pic, and what you are saying :)

mostlikely just bearings and seals, also always make sure your axle nut stays tight, if its loose it will cause play in your axle/carrier and wear out your bearings faster

okay thanks still havnt gotten the time to take it apart basketball has been all over me this week

ya well so i got the time to take it apart and well came out to be the carrier was toast so was the axle. So im lookin at new axle nd carrier. How are is dura blue for axles?

i tihnk ima go with the durablue 2+2 axle nd the durablue carrier.
