If you look at the spindle/knuckle assembly where the a-arms connect, you'll notice the top a-arm ball joint is further away from the tire than the bottom ball joint is. This will induce a positive camber as the suspension is compressed. In addition because of this knuckle design, when turning a corner, the outside tire will have positive camber...

why are steering knuckles designed like this?
