If your going to spend the money on the 300ex I would highly recemend buying parts that are built for the machine.

GHD makes really good LT a arms for the 300ex. I belive there 550 dollars but worth it. Theres a member on the site that makes them but I forget his screenname and users name, maybe someone on here could give you it.

Burgard makes good a arms as well. There 450 dollars for either +1, +2 or +3 ST a arms. Heres a link to their site.

THX FOR THE COMMENT BUT I GOT A GOOD DEAL ON SOME 400EX A-ARMS AND DON'T WANT TO SPEND 500 RIGHT NOW.

NEED TO KNOW WILL THE 400EX +2 A-ARMS WILL DO ALRIGHT WITH THE SHOCK RELOCATOR AND 400EX SHOCKS.

I don't know about how well they work with 400ex shocks and a relocator.

I can tell you that our setup works great. We had Elka make shocks that work with 400ex +2 arms on a 300ex frame. We also used 400ex spindles and hubs. My son is going into the second season with this setup and he loves it.
