If it's the inner bearing, your outta luck....If I remember correctly the outer bearings just slide off? I am probably wrong about that, haven't torn into a Banshee motor in a while...

Im not too sure, but i think youll have to get a dealer to do that for you. It requires welding the crank and such if im not mistaken. If it was me, id rather go with a brand new hot rod crank instead of screwing with a stock one that needs rebuilt. Maybe im wrong, but thats what my dealer told me...

I'm almost positive that they are pressed together. They don't have to be welded but would be a good idea.I'd send it to some builder you trust and let them do it.

buy a hot rods crank with new bearings. It's cheaper and stronger than stock.

That is nothing you can do at home it needs to be taken to somebody that has the tools to do it with.

the cranks are hydrualic pressed but you should get some one else to do it for you cause it has to be extremely precise

You need a press to do it and if you do it yourself you have to balance it then
Dont buy a hole new crank if you dont need it and you need only a bearing compare 50 bucks to a pair of hundred ones

buy the new crank and be done with it...

agree with just about everyone else on this one. This is not something the average joe can perform. The bearings are pressed on and you'll never get em off, put back on and balanced without a big ol' machine shop in your garage. Buy a new crank.

thanks for the replies but a new crank was bought 4 months ago for that motor.
