Installing valve seals.......

When you take the valve out, do you just have to pull the seals out or are they screwed in? I have the motor apart and am planning on changing them. I have a manual on the way but I didnt want to wait, becasue I didnt know how long it would take to get here. This on a 300EX. Thanks.

They pop off. Hardest part is removing the valves, and valve springs.

If you haven't already, invest in a valve spring compression tool. it makes the job a breeze.
