The Mods are ;
2004 WppRacing TRX450R , DASA Pipe, Dasa Air Filter Kit, Baldwin 14.1 Piston, Baldwin Valve Spring kit, Ported Cylinder ( mild port clean), Megacycle X2 Cam, HRC Needle, 50 Pilot, 182 Main Jet.
Runs 93 and 94 are with this set up.
The graph read completely for run 94 and then interference was getting picked up.
Runs 112 and 113 are with a 185 Main
The part I like the most is how the TORQUE hits hard down low and holds on longer.
The graphs have a break after 6k and then picks back up again.
I know now it isnt a DYNO concern but a interference problem with my quad
In RPMs you will see 94 is complete and 93,112,113 have the break.
Then in RPMs the HP stays the same and the TQ read lower for 112 and 113 because of the interference.
I am replacing the complete wire harness and rectifier to start and go from there.
We did a Banshee next and it did the same thing after 6k. But in MPHs it worked fine.
I am very happy with this set up - BIG BORE power from a STOCK BORE engine:macho
