400ex Valve Adjustment

I think I need to adjust my valves. Also I am going through a considerable amount of oil, but when I ride, it doesn't smoke hardly at all. I know it is not leaking. What could it be. SOme people tell me it is my stem seals.

Look in the "Articles" section, and there is a good step-by-step procedure for a 400 ex valve adjustment. Make sure you are not overfilling your oil, either.
