NO, it will make the 250ex sit very high up . the only 450r parts that will fit a 250ex are handlebars, front master cylinder, tires and wheels, grips, throttle, and maybe the tool box.

you might be able to if u buy this kit it lets u put 400EX shocks on, but i dont no about 450Rs. There a tread on this kit in suspension dont listen to what people says its a good kit if u do have money for new a-arms. thier a guy who races MX and jjumps 50ft plus jump with the kit and it has never broke on him.
