I want to get the blingstar Iron cross front bumper, but was wondering if it will interfere with the stock headlight beam as it looks as though it sits pretty high at the top. I like to do quite a bit of night riding and was wondering if anyone else on this sitre has that setup and how does it work.

A friend of mine has one on his R. If we are going to ride alot at night he puts the stock bumper back on because the iron cross not only blocks your light but reflects the light back at you. I have rode his R with it and it totally sucks.

It sucks at first, but after a while you get used to it, it doesent even bother me any more.

the iron cross is adjustable to a point, i have one and if you position it just rigth it wont shiner back at you and the majority of the light will be out in front.

I've a got a black Iron Cross on my 450, It will block light for about 6-8 feet in front of the bike on high beams - don't even bother running on low's.
The good new's is it cast's a really cool shadow when riding at night. Kinda look's like the bat symbol.
Awsome bumper though - glad I bought it.

I used to have my lights on with the bumper and like the others above me said, it does block the low beams, just ride with high's on. If it really bothers you, buy the helmet lights from Trail tech, that I'm gonna get pretty soon.

It blocks it a little bit, but it looks cool cuz the light goes through the holes in the bumper, and you still have enough light to see at night.

I have a moose bumper and it blocks a little light but you see the symbol of the M on the ground. I like mine, top of the line protection
