Help Asap

ok im buying a 2002 400ex from a kid and there is now vin number that i can find it should be in the front by the bumper bit its not its a perfect round peice of steel
is there any other way i can tell it the quads is stolein cuz i dont want to get ****ed over

sounds stolen to me......

is the frame powdercoated? if not, it is most likely stolen.....

i think it is a aftermarket frame its a raw clear coat finish
is there any numbers on the motor to find out
