not sure man, the 06's have those cutouts near the seat for air induction and stuff so i dont think you would wanna block those. exhaust might be a little be different too so I wouldnt take the rise of gettin them.

I have my 04 plastic on my 06. The hood doesnt fit tight and the forward corners of the rear plastic thats around the fuel shutoff valve doesnt fit into the frame clips but it works fine. When I race harescambles and always run red duct tape in the middle of my hood and light just so My friends can spot me. And it holds my 06 hood in place.

Haha, i was thinking on doing the opposite with my 04, by installing an 06 rear fender, but it's about double the price as my 04. I'll just cut it if need be for more airflow, a-la the freestyle guys.

alright man its cool. You think those freestyle dudes have to rejet a lil bit when they cut those slits? Or does it not even force air into the air box?

Naw, it doesn't force air in there, just makes breathing a little easier, also it's easier to get your hands under the seat when doing tricks :D I already cut my tool/manual holder out a-la Tim Farr setup, and yes, rejetting will need to be done, especially if you have an 06. I can't believe how restrictive that intake setup is. Anyway, in the HRC kit for the 06, Honda says to comepletely remove the lid!

i dont think those vents do much. if they end up not making 06 plastics soon im probably just going to get the 04 ones but i dont need the kick start cut out. thats why i want to wait kinda. i would just drill holes on the part that has those air slits.
