color of plastic to finish rebuild

ok post some pics of the different plastic if you have any

this will be going on this (white frame, black swinger, lots of chrome and polished and aluminum parts)

i say go black plastic, clack hubs to go along with the black swinger. i was thning of doing mine the opposite with a black frame and white plastics adn a CF hood.

no matter what im not gonna have black rear fenders every set ive seen look horrible after a month i might go with black fronts and red or orange rears with a graphics kit that fades them together but a definet no to black

i saw a 400 with green frame nd white plastics nd it was 1 of the nicest 400s ive ever seen. So i thikn the green with the white will look awesome

Yea that's Tommy, 406. Pretty sick looking quad, especialy in person. I would go with some blue plastics to go with the hubs. No point in re-powdercoating the hubs, you just had them done. And the blue and white, with some chrome and black thrown in will give it a nice factory race quad look.

those arent my hubs those are for my brothers 400 ill be powder coating the hubs for my 400 soon but i had these sent off for mine and then i found they wouldn fit the durablue axle (it uses 250r rear hubs) so i jsut had these done in blue for my lil brother


ok now the only things about these are

im afraid id be way to much white if i got white plastic

im REALLY REALLY diggin the green but Maier is the only company that has them, so maybe a Maier green front and (agianist what i previously said) black laker rear plastic i dunno all ive heard is bad about the Maier rears so id like to stay away from them

that's nice. i've got a blue frame with white fenders on my 250r i'd like to get a new white set for it, but i'm sinking some coin into my 400 now.
i think blue plastic with the white frame and the blue hubs would look sharp.

I think the blue and white would be big pimpin (blue hubs). The Green plastics with a white frame would be medium pimpin. Just because the green fenders aren't going to have that good look like the powder coated frame did.

well i got alot done in 4 hours by myself reassembling it today ,good greif was the motor a pain to get in by MYSELF with out scratching my frame. but here is a pic with my red plastic jsut set on there to see what it looks like and im liking the red

my dad thinks "you should keep the red plastic you have and get either the akraix graphics kit or the K&K tribal flame graphics, get the quad-roks, and then use the money youd save from not getting plastic and have about 30-40 yards of dirt hauled to add on to your landing for the ramp and then make doubles and what not with the rest"

that had to be the best idea he has ever had :o and actually im really thinking thatd be cool to have some more jumps and a bigger landing for my ramp is a must right now so i dunno
