will it help on stock engine with pipe and filter to run 100 octane instead of 91 octane will it hurt it? and does the jetting need to be changed

nope
might lose a very small amount of horsepower. unless you are using oxygenated fuel then you might break even and you may need to up the jetting a hair

it all dependson the compression. but yes you will have to rejet abd you will have to jet up. unless you have 12 to 1 or higher then all i would run is a performance leaded from vp which is a 93 motor octane fuel and its oxygenated. but 100 octane shouldnt hurt the bike it just might not give you the power gain your lookng for.

Just stick with the 93 octane unless you up the compression.
