i used a jigsaw with a plastic cutting blade. i first mapped out what i wanted with masking tape, and when it was all finished i sanded it down until it was a smooth as i wanted

take a picture of a warrior and put it into photo shop or paint. chop and cut around with some ideas, and then go out to your shop/garage and take some masking tape. lay the masking tape down on the ideas you had on the computer, and see how it looks and then go from there. i cut my fenders and helped trx23rider cut his fenders at well! also, like that gay kid trx23rider (just kidding) said, a jigsaw is the best way to go. buy some smooth plastic cutting blades at walmart, and go from there. i would stay away from a dremel because they are too fast, and if you make a wrong move, you can easily "eat" right into your plastics. heres a pic of my pred and trx23 riders honda 40eex *cough...ugh*lame...

just kidding with you tim, dont cry on me now, or i will have to call you dave!:D

when I had my warrior I cut the black "border" off the fenders, front and rear, I did get dirtier riding it, I hated the way the black borders looked
