i was wondering what would be a good training routine to prepare for a tough riding season, seems like after a short while of hard riding i get severe arm pump, cant even hold on to the bars, i am planning on hitting a few gncc races this year and would like to be able to complete them and still be able to feel my arms

mountain biking is the best for both arms and legs.

i like jump roping.. i do about 1500 a day, and drink lots of water.. Oh and the biggest thing is just to ride all the time.
