You will most likely need to run a higher octane fuel.

most ppl recommend u dont run one over a 416, but you could, like he said ^^^ you will want to run race gas, well....especially with that 11:1, you will deff. have to

I run the degree key on stock bore and compression and it does create more heat. You will have to run race gas only and if you run into detonation problems then I would take it out. Either way its only $20.00 to try.

I have an 11:1 piston stock bore and i run the flywheel key... i dont take chances, so i run 50/50 93 octane and 110 race gas... runs great and cool for me so you shouldnt have any problems

2005 Honda 400ex (yellow) DynoJet 195 Jet - Clip on 4th Groove Down - 42 Pilot, Jet Choke Removed - K&N Filter - Lid Removed From Airbox 14/38 Gearing HMF Slip-On Wiseco 11:1 High Compression Piston - Stage 1 Hotcam - Cometic Gaskets Curtis Sparks Flywheel Key Fly AeroFlex Handlebars

How can you run a dynojet 195?!!! I have heard of 440s running as low as mid 160's up to mid 180's in kiehin sizes but that is it. Dynojet jets are quite a bit larger than kiehin's. That would put you WAY above a 200 mj. How is that?

i didnt think it would be that high, but i started at 180 and it was burning WHITE so I went to a 190 and was still white, then did a 200 and it was a little rich so i went back down to 195 and it burns perfect... no problems at all... i had to get the 180-200 jets from a VTX1300 kit... i work at a honda shop and the mechanic there even checked over everything and its sweet
