transmisson and clutch problem??

i got a 02 400 and im not sure what my problem is.... sometimes when i let my clutch out i have a grinding noise im my motor ....i appreciate your help

Do you mean when you let it out from a stop or while moving (at speed). If moving, is it in all gears?

its when im moving like its in mostly 3 and up
