i've got some small rocks between my rims and tires. What's the easiest safest way to get them out?

Do you mean between the rim lip and the tire? Or are you talking about "inside" the tire. If you are talking inside it is most likely not rocks but rubber that has formed into little balls. It's pretty common with stock (OEM) tires and rims. You would have to remove the tire, or at least break the bead on one side, to get them out

Thats what I'm saying... I don't know what else, maybe let the air out of the tires so your not putting so much presure on the side wall.

letting the air out won't really help becuase 4 wheeler beads are hard to break there not like a car where a tire iron will break them.

not talking about breaking the bead, making it easier to bend the side wall/ take presure off the rock in the side of the rim...

ive had a similar problem, except I had a big chunk of wood from a root that i hit. You wont need to let the air out of it, it doesnt seem to help any. get a standard screwdriver and pri them out.

I had a big chunck of tree branch stuck in my tire too, so big that I couldn't believe i didn't get a flat. I just pryed it out with a screw diver, just make sure not to tear into the tire.
