put masking tape on the fenders to see what you like the best, then cut them with a very sharp utility knife. no burr's to fix, just becareful with how you pull the knife. here is mine.

i didnt have much trouble when i cut mine just take your time and sand the edges when you are done. mine arent perfect if you look at them close but htey are good enough for me!

Use masking tape to mark your lines, but I always use a jigsaw, much easier than a sharp knife & less chance of slipping & cutting yourself. Just sand the edges when you're done.

Those are foot pegs from a bmx bike I made for my 6yr old to use when he rides with me. They work awesome, gives him a lot of stability & I don't have to worry about him falling off or burning his leg on the pipe. He can even stand up through the whoops & rough stuff. Here's a better pic.

Thanks! My son likes to ride with me & I was always worried about burning his leg on the pipe or him falling off. I saw some old bmx pegs sitting in the shop & thought they would make a good foot peg for him. I was afraid I'd bust my shins if I rode without him on there, but they never have got in the way. They just unbolt from my nerfs if he doesn't go with me somewhere. Just bought him a lt80, so he may not be riding much with me anymore.

the 1st set I did on a lt250 and used masking tape & a magicmarker to get my lines - and used an old thick "rambo" style knife & heated it up w/ a torch and just followed my lines w/ it - then used a palmsander (you could just sand by hand) to smooth the edges - turned out perfect -
