New Handlebars

After a little spill this past weekend I am in the market for a new set of handle bars. I have seen some info on anti-vibe risers, but do not know much about them. I do not want to get to crazy or spend to much $$$, but what would be the best set up with a stock stering stem?

any 7/8 bar. Tag, Pro Taper, Renthal whatever

Is an anti-vibe riser worth the $$$ when using a stock stering stem and say a pair of Tag handle bars.
