html is pretty easy once you get a hold of the basic commands, and it makes it even cooler when you add javascript in there...well if youre wanting to host your own pictures you will need to use html commands to get started. Then once you have some kind of page started, download a program called Apache, they will help you to put your html code (basic website) 'onto' the internet. you will have to do a bit of configuring but it shouldnt be to hard to configure. if i confused you pm me or something

CAUTION do not try and host a website on a cable or DSL connection. You usually only have 256 ot 512 upload and you start hosting pictures on forums and such you will fill your connection up!!!!

Go here and get a linux package, its very cheap and they have tons of bandwidth. I have the business package and I host 3 websites including this one www.jmsatv.com (http://www.jmsatv.com)

I put all my pictures on there and host them from there there, and much faster than imagestation!!

if you are new to html than you will love this service. You can build your websites and upload them or they have programs built in to help you build websites with no knowledge of code.

Check them out.

Just go to geocities.com and get free web hosting. They basically make it idiot proof. They dont really offer much space, but if you run out, just sign up for anohter site and link them together.
