Anybody use these much? What should I look for when shopping for one? Nothing fancy :p

I'm planning on building a shop and need to find the corner posts so I can determine where the property line is for the setbacks.

I do,lol me and my pops go to the beach once or twice a year and in the morning usually right after it storms we usually pick up some nice coinage,in three hours time we usually walk out of there with 75-100 dollars in rattling coinage.

lol! I was planning on using it for that also to help defer the cost:D

Idk to tell you the truth,lol we are in the middle of moving and i can't find them,but dad has like a 2 thousand dollar one.....:ermm:

DAMN! I'm trying to avoid spending that much on a property survey:eek2:

What have you all found? Can you post pics of one?
