Well I was riding for a while and when I stopped i noticed that there was a steady flow of gas coming from my carb drain tube. I have no idea whats wrong. When I turn the gas off it stops, but when I turn it back on, or on reserve, the steady flow starts up again. and it doesnt matter whether the bike is on or off, it does it either way. And I want to make it clear, its no drip, its a steady flow.
any help/suggestions/ideas would be great. im clueless.

float is stuck, try tapping on the bowl of the crab with a screwdriver handle to break it loose. if it doesnt work, it may need to be removed and cleaned.

Your float valve might be stuck. Clean it out and reinstall or replace the valve and you should be good. Try tapping the carb with a screwdriver at first to knock the float loose.

If it is coming out of the drain TUBE maybe the drain screw is open. Its a little bronze screw on the outside of the carb which turns about 1/4 turn. Just my thoughts.

i tried the drain screw but that didnt do it. i guess i will just clean out the floats and stuff. if im going to take it out i guess i might as well just throw in a new carb. maybe a 450r carb?
