Im going to get a new weight bench soon and i found this on walmart.com. I dont know much about it, anyone know anything about these? Supposedly their is something near your foot you press, if u get in trouble and dont have a spot, and it will raise the weight back up so u dont drop it on yourself. This would be really helpful for me, so i can workout to failure without a spot.

I have a Weider 4way setup, and it sucks IMO. All the cables have grinded thorugh the plastic and it just doesnt work smoothly. But that looks pretty simple in design and might work good.

See if there's one on display at your local WalMart and try it out.

funny thing is that they arnt the best my dad fixes them alot and most of them are the new ones. the best tv i have now is a 15 year old mitusubishi 35". that is the best tv i have had and still have it and nothing ever went wrong with it and it still has the best picture than all the tvs in my house. if u have a RCA i would say burn it cuse there worst than sony. every thing is made so cheaply now and they just plain old suck. even my projecter witch makes a 72" tv blows bulbs like crazy. and yes walmart things do suck badly, every thing the sell is horrible!!
