steering stem bearing / aftermarket stem

I need to replace the steering stem bearing in my 400ex and I am thinking about replacing the stem with an aftermarket antivibe stem. My question is if I replace the bearing now and keep the stock stem will the bearing fit the antivibe stem?

yes, your stock bearing will work with aftermarket stems

i belive it will for two reasons pappy is usualy right and i have an atie vibe stem in mine and use the stock bearing so it would make sense that the conversion would work both ways

Thanks for the help I think I will go ahead and fix my bearing problem and same my money for my new stem.
