I don't know if it's a problem or not, but here it goes. I'm doing a 250x to a 350x conversion for a friend. I had to build the motor before i could jam it in the frame. I've never started one before. For all of you that have a 350x is it really hard to kick over? I have to put almost all of my weight 140 lbs. to kick it. Any help is appreciated. I think the decompression thing is screwed up.
thanks.

oh **** yea its hard to kick. your gonna need a lot more than 140 lbs to crank her up. i weigh 300 and its still a little hard for me to do on my old bike. if the decompressor dont work you might want to have it fixed, but for now just try to roll start it.

Ok, just making sure cause i'm 95% sure that the decompression was working. I had a 250x bored .80 over with high compression piston and that was hard to kick over sometimes, but i tried this mother and holy crap is it hard. I just put in a high compression piston in it too, stock bore tho. Thanks.
