titling a 400ex in IL

lookin for some help on how to apply for a title in IL on my 400ex. Can I do it online or do I have to send in mail? What all takes place when doing this? I have searched my VIN on 3 different vin checkers and they all say 0 records found so I know its not stolen (bought it used)

Any help guys?
