computer/ msn messenger help

i am having problems with trying to get on the newer version of msn messenger (7.5)...it simply will not work. I download it and install it and everything and i go to sign in and it starts to then a screen pops up sayin messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close with the debug, send error report, and dont send options. I've tried all of those and then try to sign in again and it will not work. Ive downloaded messenger a crapload of times tryin to get it to work but it wont. i used to have version 6.2 or w/e but it wont let me use that anymore becuz of security reasons........any help or ideas is welcome

i had the same issue as you. all i had to do was download 7.0 first and even at that 7.0 is virtually the same. you aren't missin out on much with 7.5.

hell i wish i could get 7.0...im stuck with like version 1.0 because its in my internet toolbar area....i had 6.2 but msn doesnt allow people to use that anymore
