front end

my front end is out of wack but the tires cant be adjusted by the tie rods for what i need. i dont need them to toe in or out, they are leaning up and down....they are not vertical they are slanted. what is the problem....could it be the ball joints...the a-arms look fine...?

Yea if you have adjustable ball joints thats your problem. Use a level to level them out or whatever setup you want.
